Since CCRA also receives a copy of all T-slips from each slip preparer, it is important that you account for each slip and enter them completely and accurately in your return. If you believe that you misplaced or did not receive one of your T-slips, contact the slip preparer to request a duplicate copy. Alternatively, file your return with your best estimate of the income or deduction amount and request an adjustment to your return when you later determine the exact slip amounts.
