Tip 116 - Have you applied your tax refund to your spouse's liability?

(Québec only) If your tax return states that you will receive a refund whereas your spouse or common-law partner has a balance due, your refund can be used to reduce your spouse or common-law partner's tax liability without exceeding the amount of the balance due.
